Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

A customer can exchange a product within 7 days in case of any kind of dissatisfaction. To exchange the product following conditions need to be fulfilled:

  1.   The identification tag (if any) that is attached to the jewellery is not removed.
  2.   The jewellery has not been altered – for example, we do not accept returns of rings that have been resized or of jewellery with any sort of alteration.
  3.   The jewellery is returned in all its original packaging and with its originality in resalable conditions.
  4.    It is ensured that the outer packaging is sufficient to protect the jewellery in transit.

A person from Sequel Logistics will come to collect the product.

Cancellation Policy:

A customer can cancel the order before the dispatch of the product. In case of cancellation of order, full amount will be refunded. After the dispatch from our store, the customer is not liable to cancel the order.

Return Policy

On buying jewellery online from Naiyaab Jewelers, the customers can take an extra benefit of its user-friendly return and exchange policies. After the delivery of a product, if the customer is unsatisfied with the product, following conditions can be applied. 

For products below 20,000 PKR:

1. A customer can return a product within 7 days for no refund. The amount paid by the customer will not be refunded. He can buy a different product for the equivalent amount.

 For products above 20,000 PKR:

  1. A customer can return a product within 7 days for half refund. In case of return of a product which costs more than 50,000 INR, half of the amount paid by the customer will be refunded back to the customer in the same account number through which the payment was done at the time of the order and he can buy a different product of the remaining equivalent amount.
  2.  If customer does not want the money back, he can buy a different product of total equivalent amount from naiyaab.com.

 In both the cases, a person from Sequel Logistics will come to the customer’s place to collect the product.

 The product will be returned only if:
